US CUSTOMERS: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, new and unused items purchased from pyrpnma.shop may be returned free of charge within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, excluding products marked as final sale. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers can initiate return requests automatically via our Returns Dashboard. All refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received, inspected and confirmed at our warehouse.

Returns submitted after the 30-day return window will not be automatically accepted. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to confirm return eligibility, obtain the valid return shipping address and receive further processing instructions.

We only accept returns for items directly purchased from our official website pyrpnma.shop. Any orders purchased through third-party retailers must be returned in accordance with the respective retailer’s return policy and can only be authorized and processed by the original retailer. All items are eligible for return unless explicitly marked as final sale.
